Assembly President Arslantürk: “The ones, working hard and producing more should be supported”

The grants of Turkish Employment Agency should be for young population, aiming to deal with husbandry in rural area.

Assembly President of Trabzon Commodity Exchange (TCE) Sebahattin Arslantürk stated that by directing employees, who are, recruited within the scope of Public Work Program, to the productive areas; Turkish Employment Agency (ISKUR) should support the ones, producing more.

Reminding how TCE provided a consultation with the inhabitants of Tonya through “Enhancing the production and quality in husbandry” meeting, held in 11th of October, Arslantürk said; “People, living and facing this problem in Tonya, said that even women, dealing with husbandry in Tonya, sold their cattle and moved because of wrong recruitment process of Turkish Employment Agency. They assumed the job they have been recruited temporarily, was permanent, and then their jobs were finished but they could not go back, since the cattle was sold. This demonstrates the fact that the public program of ISKUR has been implemented in order to decrease the production instead of developing it, and unfortunately ISKUR continues to implement this program. Turkish Employment Agency is immediately obliged to give up this mistake. Government should support the people; living in rural areas like Tonya in order to enhance the production in highly demanded agricultural products like Tonya butter. This corroboration can be handled in a way that one person in each household, dealing with husbandry should be recruited even if it will be temporarily”.

Assembly President completed his words by saying; “our motto included 4 ideologies; work hard, produce more, sell more and earn more. Government obviously should support these kinds of people. It is impossible to talk about enrichment and development unless the production is supported. For this reason, we are looking forward from government to make regulations and support the producers”.
